Candy is a gorgeous gaited mare
She has previous experience as trail mount but also does well in an arena
She is easy to catch and walks up to you in the pasture to greet you.
She really enjoys attention from people and is a very people oriented mare
She has a nice running walk and Foxtrot.
She has that more forward paced smooth trail walk, which is what people look for in MFT's
She loads right up in the trailer, stands tied, and glides on down the trail.
We recently took her to the Baker Spain Stampede and she was fantastic.
She wasn't spooky at all and did great with the atmosphere.
She goes through water and over bridges and is very sound and comfortable to ride.
She has a very gentle mouth and rides well in a snaffle.
She is a well built girl who would be comfy for any man or woman to ride.
Would do best with a calm/ quiet rider who gently encourages her.
She is not flighty, spooky, or dangerous in any way at all.
She stands well to be groomed, bathed, and tacked, and doesn't mind sprays
Lives out on pasture with geldings, mares, and ponies 24/7 but can also be stalled and has zero vices
She is a very easy keeper and does well barefoot with no grain needed to maintain her weight.
She is up to date on wormer, Coggins, vaccinations, teeth floating, and farrier care.
