Always dreamed of having an adorable Gypsy Vanner, well now you can!
Charlie is the sweetest boy who can be ridden both English and Western
Under saddle he is more Whoa than Go and definitely a kick ride.
He may not be the fastest boy in the bunch but will pack you around where ever you would like to go, safely.
If anything concerns him he stops and just requires gentle encouragement to continue on.
He is the kind of boy that when you tell him “good boy” he will stop and think he’s done.
He would be a fantastic trail mount and is a confidence booster for other horses and riders.
He would be great for trails, fox hunting, as a pleasure mount, you name it.
Sweet Charlie has Mild Lymphangitis in his hind legs which shows in the form of slightly raised bumps around his hocks.
He will do best if he is kept on pasture board with as much movement as possible.
The most ideal situation for him would be pasture turn out or ridden/ exercised frequently to avoid build up of lymph fluid
Due to the lymphangitis, Charlie will not pass a PPE, but he is sound and happy and we are hoping to find him the perfect trail riding/pleasure home for him.
He trailers perfectly and has great solid barefoot hooves
He has never done anything naughty and anyone could ride him
He lives out with geldings, ponies, and mares and does great
He is an easy keeper and his does not require any medication.
He is up to date on vaccines, coggins, farrier, and de-worming and is ready to go to his new home!
