Texas Bred Thoroughbred Mare
Dally is a super sweet petite OTTB Mare who just loves to please.
She will stand all day to be loved on and groomed and is the first to greet you in the pasture.
We were able to intercept her before she headed to auction and we are so glad we did.
Dally is currently in our professional training program.
She is a fantastic mare on the ground and is calm and quiet and one of the easiest to handle.
Dally is not mareish at all and is one that you can groom and tack and hop right on. She doesn't need lunging at all.
She retired sound and has no history of any health issues that we are aware of.
She loves having a job and gets better with every ride.
Right now she is working on her gate/ barn sourness and is doing well.
She can be ridden bitless or with a bit, but seems to prefer bitless.
We think she would excel in many disciplines from being a polo pony, trail mount, play day horse, you name it!
She is smaller framed but carries herself well and could support a bigger rider.
She has been ridden in an indoor and outdoor larger arenas.
She has been successfully transitioned to barefoot and would only need shoes or boots on fronts for rocky ground.
She does not have any stable vices or bad habits.
She stands perfectly for the farrier and is current stabled with other mares or geldings.
She can be kept in a pasture or in a stall.
She does not require any maintenance and does well on a mainly alfalfa diet.
She loads well in a straight load ramp and slant load step up trailer.
She is up to date on wormer, vaccinations, and barefoot trims.
