JC: Hotshot Valor
14 Yrs Old
Illinois Bred OTTB Gelding
16 hh
His Grandsire was Kentucky Derby Winner and 1985 Horse of the Year - Spend A Buck
HotShot is a trained hunter/jumper gelding
He would be perfect as someone's personal horse or a lesson horse for students.
Trailers perfectly and loaded well for us.
He was previously owned by a Pony Clubbing family and was used to teach Hunter/Jumper lessons.
He absolutely loves people and always walks up to you in the pasture and wants to hang out.
Not a mean bone in his body and has the cutest personality and temperament.
Gentle on the lunge line and carries himself very well, tucks his head and could make a fantastic dressage prospect as well.
He is very simple to ride and is a good boy who listens well. He would be great for someone learning or also an adult wanting to go a little further
He is a confidence boosting kind of horse and a more whoa than go kind of guy
He has a lot of personality and the sweetest temperament
Stands well to be mounted and goes over trot poles
Ties perfectly and is a gentleman to both groom and bath. Not bothered by sprays or brushing at all.
Benefits from a fly sheet in the summer as he has more sensitive TB skin
Lives out on pasture with geldings, mares, and ponies 24/7
He is not on any supplements and does not require any maintenance
He could use to gain a little weight and muscling on his top line, but that is just due to him not being in consistent work.
He has no known history of lameness, illness, or injury.
Uncomplicated, does well barefoot and is up to date on wormer, vaccinations, and farrier.
Rehoming Fee: $3,500
