Draft Cross Gelding
Oreo is one of the sweetest big draft cross geldings around!
He is everything everyone hopes for in a draft cross gelding.
He might be a bigger gelding but he has three lovely uphill floaty movements and is very balanced and smooth.
Under saddle he has a soft gentle mouth and responds well to aids.
He neck reins and also one hand direct reins as well.
He has been driven single and could pull a cart or be ridden just as well under saddle.
He stands to be groomed and tacked very well and has lovely ground manners.
He has great feet and is currently shod all around but we don't anticipate he would need to have shoes long term.
He has a large frame and big movements but we think anyone could ride him!
Oreo actually came to us from an auction and he was previously at another auction in New Mexico.
We are so glad we were able to get this sweet gelding out of the auction and horse trader pipeline.
Oreo would make a fantastic trail horse, pleasure horse, husband horse, hunter pace horse, Fox Hunter, you name it!
He would also be a great larger therapy horse or larger beginner lesson horse.
He doesn't have a silly bone in his body and has a big teddy bear type personality
He loaded in the trailer perfectly and stands tied patiently and does not have any vices.
He is an easy keeper and currently gets grass hay and can be stalled or out 24/7 with geldings and mares.
He is more passive and gets along with all of the horses in the heard.
Up to date on vaccinations, Coggins, worming, and farrier care
He requires no medication, maintenance, or supplements.
Oreo is friendly around dogs and is easy to catch.
He is a barn favorite with his super sweet personality and wants to be someone's family horse!
