Sugar

Quarter Horse Mare
Sugar is one of those rare been there and done it all kind of mares everyone is looking for these days!
She can be ridden English, Western, is a perfect trail horse, can do small jumps, has taught lessons to kids and adults, you name it.
She is beginner friendly and anyone could ride her.
She stands well and lets you groom, brush and bath her without moving
She loads in the trailer perfectly and is always ready to head out on the trail
Goes around in the arena perfectly and has gone over fences.
Don't let her age fool you, she is a kick ride and slower in an arena but on the trail she will happily go along for hours
Does well out in the pasture with geldings and mares 24/7 or can be stalled
Has no dental issues and is able to maintain a good weight on grass hay and grain
We make sure to blanket her in the winter and she does well maintaining.
Rides easily in a snaffle bit and will one hand neck rein.
She is not spooky at all and will cross anything you point her at on the trail
She will pony other horses or be ponied no problem and is great around dogs and children
She could use Cavallo Hoof Boots on rocky trails or front shoes
She does best with pasture boarding or turnout as she will get a little stiff if kept in a stall without getting out to move.
She has no known medical issues, but is completely blind in her right eye. This does not effect her at all and you can barely tell.
She is not on any medication and doesn't take any supplements.
She is not "Mareish" at all and is one that has a "silent heat"
She has never even remotely tried to do anything naughty or mean with us and has no vices
She is up to date on wormer, coggins, teeth floating, vaccinations, and barefoot trims.
Rehoming fee: $2,500
Backed by Rowley Ranch's reputation of honesty and transparency.
Safety and suitability are of the utmost importance in placing these horses.
